1. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for carrying out clerical works such as typing, faxing, filing, attending phone calls, etc...
Assisting the Sales Manager in carrying out the quotation (sales) for customers, debts collection and confirmation of sales order through the phone.
2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining & provide product's general information to potential customers
Attending to potential customer's enquiries & requirements
Ensure emphasis on quality & continuous improvement on job-related knowledge
Collect potential customer's information & provide product quotations to them
Any other duties as directed by the Management from time to time
Filing paperwork, faxing and other assignments
Dealing with debt collections
Handling confirmation of sales through the phone
3. INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS/CONTACTS
To co-ordinate with other departments
Liaison with visitor and company guests
Liaison with accounts department to ensure the efficiency of debt collections
Job Requirements
The person shall possess basic PC and marketing knowledge
Requirement SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree holder with 1 - 2 years working experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Must be able to speak and write in both Bahasa Melayu and English
