Job Description

Prepare and compile monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports. Handle administrative and clerical documentation for consignment counters and boutiques. Coordinate effectively with the Store, Accounts, and Inventory departments to ensure smooth operations. Submit merchandise samples and gather product feedback from relevant stakeholders. Assist in planning and coordinating counter setups and renovation activities. Monitor and analyze monthly sales performance; support the sales team in achieving business targets. Provide operational support during staff shortages, including on-ground route involvement when necessary. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Tanggungjawab Pekerjaan:



Menyediakan dan menyusun laporan jualan bulanan, suku tahunan dan tahunan. Mengendalikan dokumentasi perkeranian dan pentadbiran untuk kaunter konsainan dan butik. Menjalin kerjasama dengan Gudang, Akaun dan Inventori bagi memastikan kelancaran operasi. Mengurus penghantaran sampel barangan serta mengumpul maklum balas produk. Membantu dalam perancangan dan penyelarasan kerja penubuhan serta pengubahsuaian kaunter. Memantau dan menganalisis prestasi jualan bulanan; memberi sokongan kepada pasukan jualan untuk mencapai sasaran perniagaan. Memberi sokongan operasi apabila berlaku kekurangan kakitangan, termasuk penglibatan secara langsung di lokasi jika diperlukan. Melaksanakan tugasan ad hoc lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.

Requirements:



Must possess at least a SPM and basic computer knowledge

(Ms Excel)

Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. Creative, initiative, responsible, independent & self-motivated. Possess own transport and willing to travel when necessary

Kelayakan:



Minimum kelayakan: SPM dengan kemahiran asas komputer (

terutama Microsoft Excel).

Graduan baru dan pemohon tanpa pengalaman digalakkan memohon. Bermotivasi tinggi, bertanggungjawab, kreatif, berdikari dan mampu bekerja tanpa pengawasan. Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri dan sanggup untuk melakukan perjalanan sekiranya diperlukan.
