In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Incentive Compensation operation and the Business team to operation in consistence with the company\'s values, philosophies, policies and programs.

1. Partnering regional Sales Compensation Sr Analyst, channel business partners, 3rd party agents and business partners evaluate sales compensation program and determine the action required to deliver sales compensation support in terms of compensation setup in the company\'s ERP systems and compensation pay administration, accruals and reporting.

  • Sales structure/Classification Rules/Quota review, setup and maintenance
  • Pay plan review, assignment and maintenance
  • Contract review, assignment and maintenance
  • Compensation pay review and support
  • Compensation pay accruals and reporting
  • Compensation controls and monitoring
2. Provides support in analysis and initiates or recommends new/ customized approaches to deliver accurate and efficient setup/data upload/pay support with reviews and controls.

3. Provide support to internal and external customers solving straightforward problems within the field of specialization that is sales compensation system/ process administration.

4. Provides support in troubleshooting and resolving system and data quality issues encountered.

5. Provides support in logging escalation calls to deep support, Oracle/system/process support till resolution.

6. Provides support in performing the required archive on the activities managed that meets Global Incentive Pay Organization\'s internal controls and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).

7. Provides support and coordination to hub operation, process documentation, projects and assignment within the function.

8. Partner closely with IT, contract team, finance, channel/field managers and other related business partners to resolve and close system/process/financial (outstanding balance) issues and aging items.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree or University Degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering, Sciences) with minimum practical experience of 2 - 4 years.

2. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English

3. Willing to work flexible hours

4. Logical and creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

5. Familiarity with MS Excel with the use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, charts and other Microsoft Office Suites (MS Access, MS PowerPoint).

6. Hands-on skills with Power Query/Power BI would be an added advantage.

7. Acquire sense of business control, analytical and problem-solving skills, project management skills and leadership skills.

8. Flexible, adaptable, capable of managing urgencies and taking on ad-hoc assignments.

9. Ability to work independently and result orientated.

10. Experience in sales compensation administration or related functions would be an added advantage.
