Job Overview:

Motor Image, the official distributor of Subaru vehicles, is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as

Sales Consultants

at our Johor Bahru showroom. If you have a strong interest in the automotive industry, enjoy engaging with customers, and have a talent for sales, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers and provide professional sales consultations on Subaru vehicles. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive sales efforts. Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features to customers. Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads to close sales. Assist in showroom and roadshow sales activities.
Daily Deliverables:

Handle showroom day to day activity
which includes attending to walk-in
prospects/inquiries (walk-about
presentation), ensuring the cleanliness of
display and demo units, and maintaining
orderliness of sales reception area.

Follow up with walk-in prospects - know
prospects' needs (from asking the right
questions during walk-in) and provide the
necessary information to attract and
convince prospects for appointment and
test drive.

Keep in touch with existing customers by
sharing latest promotion and sending out
invitation for showroom events, getting
their feedback on their driving experience
and also requesting for referrals.

Attend to all scheduled roadshows, spot
roadshows and company organized
events, be proactive in prospecting and
follow up with prospects closely post events.

Initiate contact with online leads, share
latest promotion and set/follow up on
appointment for test drive at showroom
or offer a door-to-door test drive.

Key in bookings and payment in iOffice,
follow up and update latest status for
outstanding bookings.

Obtain loan documents from customer or
remind customer to submit documents to
the bank for loan application and thereafter
follow up with banker for LOU.

Follow up for full payment from customer,
compile and submit all supporting
documents for Finance verification.

Delivery of car to customer:- - prepare
delivery documents - ensure car is in
good delivery condition - educate customer
on his/her new car - provide customer with
information on after sales services.

Follow up with bank on full loan
disbursement.

Requirements:

Passionate about sales and the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets. Fresh graduates or those with sales experience (automotive or related industries) are encouraged to apply. Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
