s:
- Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
- Determines the needs of a customer and offer solutions to those needs through the company\'s products and services.
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional plans to achieve brands\' objective
- Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies (including A&P, PR and event planning)
- Maintaining and updating the customers database (Kern System).
- Promote products and services, contact both potential and present customers and regularly monitor customers\' preferences
- Provide marketing support to hospital sales teams in the areas of event organization and management, procuring or developing suitable and adequate marketing materials, roadshow for referral partners and sales team
- A background in health science or biomedical field would be advantage.
- A valid driving license and access to transportation are necessary.
- Must be willing to travel within Johor and West Malaysia.
