Provide excellent customer service through in-store assistance, phone calls and online platforms (e.g. chat or social media)
Host live streams and create video content for product promotions
Reach or exceed monthly sales targets
Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements:
Must be 18 years old or above
Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Outgoing, cheerful, and confident on camera
Comfortable with live hosting and content creation
Friendly, positive, and enjoys engaging with customers
