Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field (Engineering, Business, or Marketing preferred).
• Prior sales experience is an advantage - especially in solar, construction, or related industries.
• Independent, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Outspoken, confident, and skilled at building rapport quickly.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours (including weekends, when required).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Must possess own transport and a valid driving license.
• Available working locations: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Masai, Johor and Kuching, Sarawak

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers - homeowners, businesses, and property managers.
• Conduct on-site or virtual consultations to explain solar system solutions, benefits, and potential savings.
• Prepare quotations and proposals with support from the technical team.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Attend site visits, exhibitions, and events to promote solar awareness and company services.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Report sales activities, feedback, and market insights to management regularly.
