Job Description


  • Attend to walk-in customers and conduct sales to achieve set monthly targets
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Attend to customer inquiries and issues promptly
  • Issue cash sales and credit billing SAP systems.
  • Responsible for the stock arrangement and upkeeping of the showroom
  • Handling the cash flow of the store and assisting the finance department in transmitting weekly collection reports
  • Support the manager in reviewing the work process and identifying and resolving gaps through constructive feedback for continuous improvements

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Required Language (s): English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage
  • At least 1\xe2\x80\x932 years of working experience in the related field or customer service is required for this position.
  • Fresh Graduates with at least 1\xe2\x80\x932 years of working experience are encouraged to apply
  • Full-time position(s) available.
