Attend to walk-in customers and conduct sales to achieve set monthly targets
Manage both inbound and outbound calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
Attend to customer inquiries and issues promptly
Issue cash sales and credit billing SAP systems.
Responsible for the stock arrangement and upkeeping of the showroom
Handling the cash flow of the store and assisting the finance department in transmitting weekly collection reports
Support the manager in reviewing the work process and identifying and resolving gaps through constructive feedback for continuous improvements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma or Degree in any field.
Required Language (s): English and Bahasa Melayu
Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage
At least 1\xe2\x80\x932 years of working experience in the related field or customer service is required for this position.
Fresh Graduates with at least 1\xe2\x80\x932 years of working experience are encouraged to apply
