Key Responsibilities
  • To assist the Boutique Manager in all operational aspects
  • Monthly schedule on daily manpower arrangement.
  • Manpower arrangement to cater for the daily sales.
  • Responsible for revenue generation as well as expenses control to achieve profitability goal of the Boutique.
  • Responsible for motivating & coaching shop sales as a team to achieve the sales and non-sales objectives of Boutique.
  • Responsible for promoting Boutique awareness and enhancing loyalty thru execution of designed and well planned marketing programs.
  • Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Company as and when required.

Profile


  • Minimum 3 years team management experience.
  • Previous sales experience in a luxury Retail boutique.
  • In-depth knowledge of the boutique\xe2\x80\x99s merchandise, its exact location and its prices
  • Good time management skills to realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time-sensitive objectives
  • Great customer service skills, including patience and active listening, to ensure customers feel heard and helped
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning

Professional requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any business field
  • Comfortable using Excel, Word, SAP

Languages

  • Fluent English
