Job Description

:

1. To analyse the receiving order and transportation costing.

2. To coordinate with warehouse/store if found any discrepancy stock data.

3. To manage and follow up on existing customers' orders and enquiries.

4. To liaise with internal departments especially Production Department and Warehouse Department for the fulfilment of customers' orders.

5. To coordinate and arrange shipment and delivery of orders including preparation of required documents.

6. To ensure the accuracy and timely processing of orders.

7. To maintain good relationship with customers and feedback market information to management.

8. To assist in the preparation of sales related documents.

9. To attend customers' service requests, inquiries and complaints in accordance with company service standard.

10. To greet and attend to walk-in customers' inquiries and orders.

11. Offering after-sales support services.

12. Work independently with hands-on and result oriented.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field would be an advantage.

Required Language: English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin would be an advantage.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Good interpersonal and strong negotiation skill.

A positive attitude with the ability to work independently.

Ability to manage workload, prioritize effectively and adhere to deadlines.

Contract period : 1 December 2025 - 31 May 2026.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
