Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Must be proficient in accounting software, preferably SQL Accounting and/or AutoCount
Strong attention to detail with good numerical accuracy
Well-organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
Prior experience in sales coordination, accounting, or administrative roles will be an advantage

Responsibilities

Input and maintain accurate sales data in the accounting system
Prepare and compile sales reports
Assist in stock purchasing and coordinate with suppliers
Monitor inventory records and support stock planning activities
Handle product returns and refund processes in a timely and accurate manner
Issue Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and related sales documents
Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales and accounting records
