Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare the following outlet related reports:
Monthly outstanding report

Ticketing and summary report

Stock take variance report

Coordinate and assist outlets in completing monthly sales reports, including:
Sales Ticketing

Sales verification

Inter-transfer issuance (IT)

Sales settlement report (Cut Sales)

Invoice generation

Stock take variance (quantity) report

Perform the following outlet-related tasks:
Issue consignment delivery orders (CDO)

Issue and verify sales orders

Run and share weekly sales reports with promoters

Review submitted outlet rankings

Review and update outlet timetables

Update and manage consignment and POS invoices

Working Hour : 8:30am - 6pm
working Days : Monday - Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

* Cheras: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
