Job Description

1) Organizing and managing documents such as purchase orders and invoices.

2) Communicating with customers to answer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order placements.

3) Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.

4) Maintaining the sales database or customer relationship management (CRM) system.

5) Coordinating with the logistics or shipping department to ensure timely delivery of orders.

6) Monitoring and reporting sales performance and activities to the sales team or management.

7) Day-to-day sales arrangement.

8) Coordinate with external parties for the sales of purchased goods

9) Monitoring the movement of drivers and transportation.

10) Liaise with the accounts department for the purchase and sales reports

11) To prepare quotations upon receiving approved quotation requisition.

12) To issue tele-purchase orders when receiving orders by phone.

13) To notify sales personnel promptly with regards to urgent orders.

14) To call & follow up with customer outstanding a/c & notify sales personnel regards cheque ready for collection

15) Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior or management

REQUIREMENTS

Perempuan 20 - 40 years old Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English Computer literate with basic knowledge Driving license "D" (recommended) At least 1 year of working experience in the related field (recommended)
WORKING DAYS

Monday - Friday (8 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.) Saturday (8 a.m. - 12 p.m.)
