Sales Coordinator/ Customer Service

Job Description
- At least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Science, Business Admin, Marketing or any related industry.
- Min 1 year experience of candidate is preferred.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome. Training and guidance provided
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows and Power Point.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Required to liaise with mandarin speaking clients.
- Aggressive, professional, initiative with good interpersonal skills
- Must be self motivated, proactive, mature, able to work independently and strong working commitment
- To handle existing sales, as well as assist to develop new sales opportunity.
- To communicate promptly with principals, customers, suppliers and external agents regarding inquiries, orders and delivery arrangements.
- To prepare necessary business transaction related documents.
- To ensure sales collection while adhering to credit control measurements.
- To record and update sales data, as well as to generate sales reports.
- To formulate sales strategy, budgeting, policy matters and etc. as when required.
- To perform any other ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the Management from time to time.
