Position Title Customer Service Executive
Industry Manufacturing/Production
- Provide sales and administrative support daily.
- Support Sales person-in-charge in handling of customers\' accounts.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers for delivery arrangements & requirements.
- Coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents as required.
- Monitor inventory and payment issues.
- Document filling for all necessary permit
Salary 2000~3000 (RM)
Location Penang
Requirements - 1 - 2 years similar experience as Sales Coordinator/ Customer Service in a similar industry.
- Knowledge in Oracle will be an added advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous with positive working attitude.
- Independent and must have initiative and responsibility.
