RESPONSIBILITY:-
• Handle incoming calls/WhatsApp/LiveChat/Emails and inquiries about the financial product
• Patiently listen to customer's inquiries or problems
• Deliver polite and accurate responses to customers in a timely manner
• Foster and build relationships with customers
• Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies set
• To serve Singaporean customer
REQUIREMENTS:-
• EXCELLENT command of English (spoken & written)
• Preferably with 1-3 years of customer service experience in a contact center OR banking/insurance industry
• MUST have exposure to insurance & credit card (either selling or as a consumer
• Applicant must be well versed with mobile apps
• Strong Communication Skills and able to Multi-Task
• Dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skill
• MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
• MUST BE WILLING TO BE BASED IN SECTION 13, PETALING JAYA
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6:30 pm
• To observe Singapore Public Holiday
