Applicants should possess at least a qualification in SPM or above
Converse and write fluently in Traditional Mandarin and Cantonese (read, speak, type) is a must.
Average proficiency in English is acceptable

Willing to commit working on 5 days per week 24 hours rotational shifts (9 working hours including 1 hour break) including on public holiday and weekends
Positive attitude with good communication skills in delivering professional customer service.

Able to handle all inbound calls from customers about the company\'s product and services
Help customer resolves any issues or complaints regarding the company\'s product and services with high level of customer service
Assist the customers in solving their problems to ensure customer\'s satisfaction with providing professional customer support
Provide feedback on efficiency of whole customer support experience to manager and relevant departments

Monthly salary: Basic RM 3000 + RM 200 Training Allowance (After training) + up to RM 300 KPI allowance + RM 500 night shift allowance.
