QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or any other relevant courses. Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience. Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team. Organized and able to work independently with good initiative to achieve results.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department. Processing of incoming sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, credit notes, and liaising with forwarders for customs requirements. Coordinate and monitor with production and warehouse for customer deliveries. Ensure that submission of documents to relevant authorities and shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry. Keep track of the sales performance of customers. Prepare accurate sales performance reports daily, weekly and monthly for management. Maintain up-to-date customer database, sales records and documentation. * Perform other sales support tasks and other tasks as assigned by your superior.
