Responsibilities: 1. Responsible in Export & Import and for assisting Sales & Marketing Manager in processing of repeat orders, including preparation of delivery documents 2. Interface with customers on order confirmation, delivery schedule and logistics arrangements. 3. Coordinating customer orders with Production and Store on priorities setting, scheduling, and logistics arrangement. 4.Responsible to maintain company ISO management System (all ISO related data and documentation) and ensure company meets the requirements of the ISO standard. 5.Ensure activities, procedure, instructions, forms and records required by the QMS System are followed and fully implemented. 6.Assume the responsibility of Quality Management Representative (QMR). 7.Perform internal audit to check for the compliance with the policies. 8. Filing and records retention in a systematic manner. 9. Others tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: a) Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia b) Computer Literate, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words c) Good Analytical, Interpersonal and communication skills d) Team player but able to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance e) Dedicated and self-started, able to work under pressure and deadline oriented.
