The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations, coordinating with clients, preparing sales documents, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role plays a key part in driving customer satisfaction and assisting the company in achieving its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and handle inquiries.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Support order processing, including issuing purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, production) to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Handle administrative duties related to the sales process.
Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and customer visits.
Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
