Responsibilities
To assist daily administration / operation task, filling & documentation
Receiving call & handle customer enquiry, quotations and all sales support related matters
You are required to be knowledgeable of and adhere to all applicable products and services provided from Company
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines
Keep the showroom space tidy and organized
Ensure the smooth running of the showroom on a daily basis
Keep common areas organized and office always stocked with necessary supplies
