As a Sales Coordinator at MYND Furniture, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and managing customer relationships. This position involves coordinating sales activities, managing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process sales orders, invoices, and quotations.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and tracking follow-up activities.
- Maintain and update customer databases using CRM software.
- Manage communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and performance insights.
- Support marketing initiatives by coordinating sales events, campaigns, and social media content.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong organizational.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
