Sales Coordinator
Job Description
Overall responsible for products related to raw materials, mould making materials, chemicals, separator, grinding media, spare parts for ceramic industry, oxides and pigment
Develop good business relationship with local and overseas customers
To liaise with forwarding/shipping agents and warehouse pertaining to delivery of export goods and preparation of shipping documents , fumigation , insurance and certificate of origin
Follow up closely on customer enquiries, complaints issues, pending delivery, quotation, test results of pre-shipment and new samples, and repeating orders.
To plan and arrange delivery goods to customer
To monitor customer consumption and perform stock planning
Perform administration work, prepare and process purchase requisition, quotation, sales order, delivery order. To ensure all documentation are kept in order
To prepare sales reports
Participate in sales campaigns, exhibition, project, advertising materials and distribution planning
To negotiate with customers on the sales terms and conditions
To obtain customer satisfaction feedback
Ensure prompt collection payment for cash sales customer
To coordinate replacement for goods return, credit note and sample requisition form
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
