Receiving and processing purchase order
Enter new sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
Issuing delivery order, invoices and follow up on payment
Coordinate and communicate with production and purchasing team for customer delivery and installation arrangement.
Logistics arrangement (sea freight, air freight, truck or courier service)
To liaise with customer via email, phone, whatsapp
Ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods to customers
Perform administrative tasks, filing, data entry and ad hoc tasks.
Support sales department with quotation and other documents, if necessary
What we look for?
Required skills: Gmail, Microsoft Excel & Word.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Independent and possess a good work attitude, interpersonal and communication skills.
Detailed oriented and organized.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
