Sales Coordinator

Job Description

What will you do?



Receiving and processing purchase order Enter new sales orders accurately and in a timely manner Issuing delivery order, invoices and follow up on payment Support sales department with quotation and other documents, if necessary Coordinate and communicate with production team for customer delivery and installation arrangement. Coordinate and communicate with purchasing team for stock replenishment and delivery. Logistics arrangement (sea freight, air freight, truck or courier service) Ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers Perform administrative tasks, filing, data entry and ad hoc tasks. Any other job responsibilities assigned by the manager

What we look for?



Required skills: Microsoft Excel & Word. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. Independent and possess a good work attitude, interpersonal and communication skills. Detailed oriented and organized.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
