to engage discerning clients with confidence, clarity, and charm. Your role is to convert qualified leads into loyal customers and elevate those customers into proud ambassadors of our brand.

JOB FUNCTION:



Develop and implement diverse sales approaches to attract new customers and expand our client base. Strengthen relationships with existing customers and turn them into loyal brand ambassadors who advocate for KPR. Maintain a strong, positive rapport with both newly acquired and long, standing customers to build trust and long-term engagement. Support company profitability by building and leading a high-performing sales team that consistently drives revenue growth. Monitor and forecast monthly sales related expenses to reduce unnecessary costs and improve financial efficiency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:



Navigate the sales team with smart, tailored strategies for each customer segment to hit our monthly targets consistently. Work closely with the accounts team to set realistic sales goals for each of KPR's services every month. Consistently improvise and adapt the sales approach to meet future market needs and customer expectations. Ensure the aggressiveness of the sales team to close sales goes aligned with KPR's values, culture, and long-term vision. Utilise our in-house CRM to understand the customer wants to offer personalized solutions for their events. Review and upgrade our sales SOPs so the team has a clear, effective process to follow and utilises it. Collaborate with marketing team to ensure our services are accessible and easy for prospects to explore and place the order with us. Keep our cloud system updated with progress to stay on track and find any gaps at the earlier stage. Consistent engagement with marketing team to design promotions and ads that boost our brand and attract the right customers. Focus on building long-term relationships by setting up the follow up system after events and deliver exceptional service to keep customers coming back. Take on any additional tasks or responsibilities as needed by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:



The successful candidates will be confident in leading the sales and steering the company to the most profitable position while implementing its vision, mission and long-term goals. The candidates must possess the requirements below:

Minimum 2-5 years related working experience in food & beverage industry. Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with an intense sense of ownership. Possess a can-do, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced unstructured environment. Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills to work together with people from diverse backgrounds and various levels. Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiatives. Effective communication and negotiation skills, fluent in written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Previous experience managing multiple F&B outlets is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel and PowerPoint. Preferably able to start work within short notice.
