JOB DESCRIPTION



Responsible for the monitoring of daily operation of sales administration and operational functions. Provide support on delivery schedules and monthly reports. Process sales order with using AutoCount system. Work closely with sales manager to ensure all customer requirements are well-coordinated. Monitor and keep track on goods delivery as per schedule. Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of documents. Assist with any others task as and when assigned.

REQUIREMENTS



Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Graduate/Diploma or any field. At least (3) years of experience in the related field is required for this position. Positive working attitude, high integrity and learning skill with good teamwork. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communicator. Comfortable adapting to time-sensitive demands, shifting priorities, and ambiguity. Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities. Starting work immediately is preferred.
