Job Description

Responsibilities:



Prepare quotation, proforma invoice, room & function room blocking. Assist in handling calls, emails and messages. Upselling additional services to clients to maximize revenue. Coordinate and implement all operations matters with the sales, marketing & design team Data key-in, filing, recording, etc.

Requirements:



Possess Degree/ Diploma or other relevant qualification(s). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidate with working experience is added advantage. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Additional languages will be an added advantage. Ability to work well independently as well as within a team. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Good time management, able to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Dedicated and hardworking with interest in event management and planning.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
