- Process sales order via phone, email, messaging platforms, and fax, ensuring accuracy and prompt execution.
- Handle customer requests / enquiries to ensure customer satisfactions.
- Collaborate closely with production team to coordinate good delivery and commercial documentation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate delivery order and invoice.
- Develop and maintain systematic filing system to organize sales reports and relevant documentation.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with both existing and potential customers to ensure future sales.
- Address customer complaints effectively and provide after-sales support as needed.
- Provide support on delivery schedules and sales reports.
- To be assigned by superior from time to time.
