Receive & collect cheque from client. Then bank in and inform HK of payment.
Receiving payment advise/slip from client. Notify account department (in HK) on the slip received.
Do collection payment via call and email based on updated SOA.
Liaise and coordinate with collection team to ensure effective collection of payment.
Always update the collection payment report in Sales Dropbox.
Update and maintain Malaysia Client list in Sales Dropbox
Prepare, check and compile invoices with supporting document (get from Operations Dropbox) and send to client via email, courier or send by hand if client requires hardcopy invoices to process payment.
To update Billing Summary in Sales Dropbox on the new confirmed job and off-hire job on daily basis
Upload supporting document for invoice issuance immediately after all documents are made available in Operations Dropbox
(2) Sales:
You will be in-charged for all certifications of all CCUs in Malaysia. Therefore, you are required to email certs of any CCU when required by team/client.
Assist Branch Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to prepare quotations and attend to enquiries when she / he is out of office.
Meeting potential client to increase sale, looking for upcoming project and potential clients.
Follow up PO for the new confirmed job for invoice process. Once received the PO, to check the particular and upload into Sales Dropbox under Billing folder.
Manage vendor registration. Fill up form and compile relevant document. Also liaise with QHSE Officer on the HSE questionnaire section.
Send out weekly sales report to the management.
Work together with Branch Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to prepare PowerPoint slides for bi-monthly Sales Meeting.
To be proactive and do the necessary to ensure the sales process in the East Malaysia flourish.
Job Requirements:
Open for local MY only.
Minimum 3 years of relevant sales/commercial/ customer service experience. Candidate with containers/ tanks/ or shipping industry will be a value added.
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any Engineering / Technical / Logistics &Transportation, Supply Chain, Maritime, Business or equivalent.
High level of Integrity and Ethics.
An independent person who is Self-Driven.
Organised and possess strong analytical skills with an eye for details.
Ability to manage time well with quick response to a given task.
Customer oriented with the passion to deal with people in various levels.
Good English verbal, written communication skills & basic Microsoft Office skills.
