Job Description

Responsibilities



Handle quotations, invoices and arrange logistics for the company Ensuring order are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time Contacting customers to arrange appointments and support Sales Representatives with documentation, quotations and other materials Developing and maintaining new systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports Be familiar with the processes of the website to attend to customers' questions regarding the website Be familiar with company's products and serve customers' enquiries

Requirements



Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration preferred Computer literacy Able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Google sheets etc Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and urgent deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong discipline and a good team player

Advantage if:



Experience in B2B sales Able to show leadership skills and problem-solving ability
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
