Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Coordinate and schedule client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Monitor sales orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.
Communicate with customers to handle inquiries, provide information, or resolve issues.
Assist in organizing trade shows, sales events, and promotional campaigns.
