Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging and provide timely responses.
Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, and delivery orders.
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery.
Maintain and update customer information, sales records, and documentation.
Follow up with customers on quotations, outstanding orders, and delivery schedules.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as reports, scheduling, and documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability with the warehouse.
Prepare weekly or monthly sales reports for management.
Handle after-sales support including complaints, discrepancies, or product issues.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
