1. Provide support services to Marketing department.
2. To contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders.
3. Input orders to company system and ensure that orders are processed in line with customer's delivery requirements.
4. Collaboration with other departments on matters related to Sales/Marketing division.
5. Maintaining sales records as a basis for reports to the Marketing Manager.
6. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
7. To cultivate 5S and keep office and work area tidy, organized and well maintain.
8. Other duties as assigned.
Working Location : Seberang Jaya
5 day work , Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
