Requirements

  • Achieve at least Diploma certificate.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve sales-related challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with tasks such as preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing sales-related documentation.
  • Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing the sales team's calendar.
  • Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accurate and complete information for effective sales management.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations, compiling data and creating visually appealing materials using Canva and other editing tools.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing necessary resources, information, and assistance with sales-related tasks.
  • Manage data entry tasks related to sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
