Sales Coordinator

Job Description

. Handle customer inquiries and process sales orders

. Coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery

. Prepare sales reports and assist in monitoring sales targets and KPIs

. Maintain and update customer database and sales records

. Liaise with customers on order status, delivery schedules and product availability

. Support the sales team in administrative tasks and follow-ups

. Assist in the preparation of marketing social media materials activities and participate in the trade shows when requited

Requirements



. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

. 1-2 years of working experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred

. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

. Proficient in Microsoft Office

. Strong organizational and communication skills

. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

. Customer-oriented mindset and a team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
