Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Responsibilities:
1. To assist Sales & Marketing Manager in daily department activities.
2. To handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
3. To follow up with the order, coordinate with the production personnel on production scheduling, delivery date arrangement and communicate with customer frequently.
4. To follow up closely with the urgent order, cancelled order, on hold order and report customer feedback to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
5. To co-ordinate with warehouse & store for daily delivery arrangement.
6. To prepare and follow-up promptly on any sales quotations made for customers
7. To generate report on daily sales order listing and delivery schedule to the management team.
8. To perform customer service by answering customer queries and complaints via telephone and email.
9. To responsible & update the Customer LMW license & any sales consumption certificate copy.
10. Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of documents.
11. And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
