Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage documentation.
Arrange customers orders and preparing quotations.
Track and follow up progress with clients on orders and delivery schedules.
Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery status and documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company procedures.
Maintain accurate records and filing of all export documents.
Support the team in daily administrative tasks.
Other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales/ business an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
