Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries and orders.
- Handle matters related to packaging, labelling, and product coordination.
- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp/phone.
- Organize tasks systematically and follow standard procedures.
- Assist in preparing sales reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- Experience in sales/customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and well-organized.
- Basic knowledge of cosmetic/supplement products and packaging.
- Open to both male and female candidates.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
