As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, while also providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and maintaining sales pipeline.
Manage customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other channels.
Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Generate reports and track sales performance metrics.
Assist with sales presentations and marketing initiatives.
Maintain accurate sales records and databases.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, production, and logistics.
Qualifications:
Minimum SPM or diploma in any field.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu. (Speaking & Writing)
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
A positive and proactive attitude.
Experience in a sales or customer service role (a plus).
