Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:


Receiving and processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information, and generating necessary documentation (e.g., sales confirmation order, delivery orders).

Customer Communication & Sales Support:


Responding to customer day to day inquiries, providing necessary information, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Sales Data Management:


Maintaining accurate sales records and compiling data for sales reports.

Liaison:


Working closely with other departments like R&D, production, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and efficient operations.

Documentation:


Preparing and managing sales-related documents, such as contracts, quotations, and purchase orders.

Administrative Support:


Providing general administrative support to the office & sales team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.

Product Knowledge:


Developing a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers and the sales team.

Compliance:


Ensuring all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Skills Required:

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, colleagues, and other departments.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Attention to Detail:

Accuracy in data entry and documentation is crucial.

Customer Service Skills:

A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Product Knowledge:

Understanding of skincare and cosmetic products, including their ingredients, benefits, and usage.

Sales Support:

Experience in supporting sales teams and managing sales-related documentation.

Time Management:

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Language Preference:

Mandarin/Cantonese speaking candidate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
