Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer enquiries

2. Prepare sales confirmation (for those customers without PO) and MO according to customer PO, and check and minus the excess quantity before issue MO

3. Discuss with the graphic department to generate master card for new and amendment item

4. Follow up delivery issues with production, sales executive and storekeeper

5. Review all new models with production and graphic before proceed

6. Provide information on customer return/reject to QA department for further action

7. Prepare quotation on behalf of Sales personnel

8. Generate 3 days delivery schedule for production and store

9. Issue and follow-up sample requisition form with production

10. Monitor and update the PO balance to customer if required

11. Issue Sales Info Amendment if any changes on customer specification and requirement

12. Ensure customer complaints are replied within specified time frame

13. Check and follow-up non-moving stocks (?3 month) with customer

14. Responsible to fulfill customer's purchase order as per requirement

15. Generate purchase order for external provider according to customer's MO

16. Ensure the availability of raw material for production

17. Communicate with external provider to ensure that raw material are received on time

18. Involve in inventory

19. Issue debit and credit note if required

20. Follow-up all finished goods delivered according to delivery schedule

21. Reschedule the delivery date if any changes on board receiving date

22. Responsible on the job responsibility of absentee colleague

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Education:

STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:

Sales Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:

Mandarin (Preferred) Bahasa english (Preferred)
Work Location: On the road
