About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales team with administrative tasks, client communication, proposal preparation, and sales support activities. You will help ensure that sales goals are achieved through efficient coordination and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms, providing prompt and professional responses. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, and event orders for clients. Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and tracking systems. Coordinate with internal departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Finance) to facilitate group bookings, events, and corporate arrangements. Support sales managers with scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and client correspondence. Assist in organizing sales activities such as site inspections, familiarization trips (FAM), and client events. Manage document filing, contract records, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide general office support to the Sales & Marketing department.
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Previous experience in hospitality sales, events, or administration is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of hotel PMS/CRM systems. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
