Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and order processing. Coordinate sales activities, meetings, and follow-ups with clients. Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation. Communicate with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and feedback. Support the team in managing schedules, contracts, and proposals. Help resolve customer issues or coordinate with relevant departments for solutions.

Requirements:



Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
