1. Assist in processing and coordinating sales orders, quotations, and delivery schedules.
2. Liaise with customers on order status, product availability, and shipment details.
3. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
4. Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases.
5. Support in preparing sales presentations, market research, and customer proposals.
6. Assist in monitoring and following up on tasks, deadlines, and projects assigned by the Director.
7. Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
8. Any other task assign by superior.
Job Requirement
1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in sales coordination or executives assistant roles.
3. Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred).
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with sales systems or ERP.
5. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
6. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
7. Able to work independently and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
