JOB VACANCY
POSITION - SALES COORDINATOR
LOCATION - UEP INDUSTRIAL PARK, SHAH ALAM
SALARY - RM 3500-5000
What you'll be doing
? Providing administrative and operational support to the sales team
? Assisting with the preparation of invoices, delivery orders and other client-facing
documents
? Coordinating delivery/shipping schedules, and follow-ups
? Maintaining accurate sales records and databases
? Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and
services
? Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries
? Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
What we're looking for
? Excellent organizational and administrative skills
? Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ACCPAC software
? Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
? Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
