Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, lead time, and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and sales databases.
Handle incoming inquiries via phone or email and provide prompt support to customers.
Prepare sales reports, summaries, and data for management review.
Support the Sales Manager in tracking performance targets and sales campaigns.
Ensure all documentation (quotations, POs, DOs, invoices) is accurate and properly filed.
Follow up on payments and coordinate with the finance department for billing matters.
Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, or marketing events when required.
