Handle customer inquiries, order follow-ups, and resolve service issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Process and manage Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), and Delivery Orders (DO) accurately in the Epicor system.
Coordinate and monitor product deliveries, working closely with customers, logistics partners, and finance on payment and credit control.
Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions, contracts, and records for compliance, while providing administrative support such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
Generate sales reports, operational summaries, and data analysis to support management review and decision-making.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh grads are welcomed to apply).
Up to 1 year experience in sales support, customer service, or admin.
Proficient in ERP (
Epicor
is a plus) & Microsoft Office.
Organized, responsible, and quick to learn.
Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
