Sales Coordinator
Job Description
Analyze client's technical requirements and prepare comprehensive quotations
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers for best purchasing pricing
Maintain and update our database with the most recent pricing and product specifications
Resolve customer inquiries related to quotations in a professional and timely manner
Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Liaise with various divisions to ensure customers request and expectations are met
Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
Qualification:
Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, e-Commerce or related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
