Job descriptions:
Provide administrative support to both internal and external Sales Representatives.
Prepare and issue customer quotations.
Manage and process customer purchase orders.
Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock situations.
Assist in quarterly stock takes.
Handle after-sales documentation, including signed delivery orders (DO), warranty claims, and TDOs.
Coordinate delivery arrangements with logistics and transport partners.
Support import/export documentation and goods coordination.
Oversee and follow up on debt collection from customers.
Assist with general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
